CNC Workshop City Grounds

I am in the midst of assembling the City Grounds kit from CNC Workshop for a review for TGN. Its been an interesting process as I am using some painting techniques that I haven’t used before.

I am also having a heck of a time trying to photograph the set as it is, fully assembled, 4′ x 3′ and fills up the entire focal width of my camera.

This is a shot of the entire 20 piece kit as I am in the midst of painting it.

Dang, wish I’d got that set to review! Considering picking myself up a set to turn into a 40k/CoD/Necromunda tabletop…

I’m saving the JR Miniatures Middle Eastern terrain for you :-)

I’m going to try it with my Necromunda terrain and also see if I can get some additional CoD sprues to make 9″ x 9″ building sections.

I’m certainly looking forward to seeing how they review, the hardest thing to tell from the CNC site is how much surface detail they actually possess.
